Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments through the following secure and PCI-compliant payment methods:

- Sofort, Ideal, Bancontact, Sepa Bank Transfer, and KBC Payment.
- Payment is due at the time of checkout. Your order will not be processed until payment has been received and confirmed.
Encrypted transactions for your security
If your card transaction is approved, funds will be reserved immediately and an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. If your card transaction is not approved, your order will be automatically canceled.
We take your security seriously and use industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information. Your payment information is stored securely and is not shared with any third parties.
Payment Processing Time
Most payments are processed within 12 business days. However, some payment methods (such as bank transfers) may take several business days to clear. Your order will not be shipped until payment has been received and confirmed.
In the event that payment is not received within 5 days of the order date, we reserve the right to cancel your order. If payment is received after the order has been cancelled, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used, minus any applicable fees.
Refunding your money
If you need to request a refund, simply contact our customer service team and provide your order details such as your order number. If our customer service has confirmed that you have followed our return procedure and are eligible for a refund, we will refund your money within 12 hours of confirmation.
Please note that due to payment processor processing times, it may take longer before you see the refunded amount in your bank account. Refunds usually take up to 12 business days to show in your bank account.
If you have not received your refund after 12 business days, please get in touch with the bank first. If you still need help, email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org and get help within 24-48 hours.
Please allow 12 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. We will send you an email once your return request has been successfully processed.
Refunds and Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled or modified 15 minutes after your recent purchase.

Unfortunately, we can no longer cancel or modify an order after the 15-minute period has expired. Your order is secured in our storage system and is being prepared for shipment. After 15 minutes it is too late to cancel or modify the order and you must follow our return procedure.

If you believe that a charge on your account is incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible. If we determine that a chargeback is fraudulent or unwarranted, we reserve the right to take legal action to recover any fees incurred.
All prices on our website are listed in the local currency of the country in which the customer is located. We accept payments only in the local currency of the country in which the customer is located. Your bank may charge you additional fees for currency conversion. Our main currency is Euro.
Taxes and Duties
